Product Composition

The product is mainly used as supplement which contains some essential components like myo-inositol, D-chiro-Inositol and vitamin D3 helps in improving conditions of calcium deficiency, keeps red blood cells healthy to transport oxygen and can also be used in numerous nerve related disorders like neuropathic pain, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder etc.

Indications:

⇒ Obsessive-compulsive disorder
⇒ Anaemia
⇒ Calcium deficiency disorders like osteoporosis
⇒ Panic disorders
⇒ Diabetic neuropathic pain
⇒ An ovary disorder known as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)

Mechanisum of Action:

Myo-inositol has been established as an important growth-promoting factor of mammalian cells and animals. Inositols implement different strategies for therapeutic actions such as tissue specific increase or decrease in inositol products, production of inositol phosphoglycans (IPGs), conversion of myo-inositol (MI) to D-chiro-inositol (DCI), modulation of signal transduction, regulation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) production, etc. It’s a type of sugar that influences the insulin response and several hormones associated with mood and cognition. Inositol also has antioxidant properties that fight the damaging effects of free radicals in the brain, circulatory system, and other body tissues.

D-Chiro-Inositol (commonly abbreviated DCI) is a member of a family of related substances often referred to collectively as "inositol", although that term encompasses several isomers of questionable biological relevance, including 1L-chiro-inositol. Myo-Inositol is converted into DCI by an insulin dependent NAD/NADH epimerase enzyme. It is known to be an important secondary messenger in insulin signal transduction. DCI accelerates the dephosphorylation of glycogen synthase and pyruvate dehydrogenase, rate limiting enzymes of non-oxidative and oxidative glucose disposal. DCI may act to bypass defective normal epimerization of myo-inositol to DCI associated with insulin resistance and at least partially restore insulin sensitivity and glucose disposal.

Vitamin D3 helps your body absorb calcium. Vitamin D3 is used as a dietary supplement in people who do not get enough vitamin D in their diets to maintain adequate health. Vitamin D is used to treat and prevent bone disorders (such as rickets, osteomalacia).

Chromium is a mineral found in low doses in many foods. It plays a role in the metabolism of nutrients through by affecting the hormone insulin. Chromium has been shown to improve insulin sensitivity and alleviate cardiovascular functions, thereby giving credence to the argument that chromium may possess beneficial effects in countering these conditions.

Side Effects:

The product is possible safe for most adults. There is no disadvantage associated with the product if taken under the recommended usage however nausea, dry mouth, fatigue, dizziness, rashes and headache may occur in some patients.
